BioI'm crazy! Really, sir, I am! Just give me my Section 8 already and be done with me.
Maxwell Klinger of Toledo, Ohio claims to be crazy, but really, on all accounts, isn't. He's a corporal serving in the MASH 4077 and really, really hates being there. Which would explain his constant attempts to get out on a Section 8 discharge - for being mentally unfit to serve in the United States Army.
He'll usually be dressed in some sort of outrageous outfit, varying from woman's clothing to something more elaborate, like Moses or the Statue of Liberty. Only very rarely will he actually be in his uniform.
